JD 4300 price check

Greetings All
I am new to this board. I have used alot of info from here to pick out my first tractor. I found a 2002 JD 4300 with 3 hours on the lot. Package price 24,000 with loaded turfs, fold down rops, 420 fel, JD 47 frame mount backhoe, 6' finish mower. Any feedback would be helpfull.

First, I would check as the 4300 became the 4310 in 2002, Second does it qualify for the low rate financing now available? Also depends what part of the country you are in. Some areas sell cheaper than others. It doesn't sound like a bad deal, but I wouldn't be at the dealers door Monday morning cash in hand without doing some more homework.

The dealer said he has had it on the lot since early 2002. I was able to get o% interest for a 3 year loan. I live in New York. I think this may be the best price I can get unless I buy used or go out of state. ....

I don't know where in NY you are, but I got my best price by far on JD at KC Canary in Fultonville NY. Check with Mark - great people. If you can afford 8 large a year, the zero % is a good deal.

Took your advice and went to KC Canary. Mark hooked me up with the same setup on a brand new 4310 for close to the same price. Great people there.
